Former Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal – Decisions and Orders
The Local Government Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal is now a responsibility of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
The Local Government Pecuniary Interest and Disciplinary Tribunal was constituted under Chapter 14, Part 4, of the Local Government Act 1993 to hold hearings into and decide allegations of contraventions of Part 2 of that Chapter (which dealt with duties of disclosure of pecuniary interests) and to perform such other functions as are conferred or imposed on it by the Act (section 489).
